Northspan, in partnership with the Northland Foundation, has completed a regional assessment of Northeast Minnesota using the Thrive Rural Framework from the Aspen Institute. Building on initial research, identified regional action areas, and an earlier round of engagement sessions, we’re now inviting broader community input to help shape next steps and build momentum for regional action.
