“Demolicious is a family business,” said Anthony Anderson, who co-owns that roll-off dumpster business and transfer station with his brother, Travis. “Our mother co-founded the company in 2000, and in 2025 I stepped into the day-to-day operations, as she wants to retire.”
“We offer different-sized roll-off containers to customers in the local area for construction projects, residential cleanouts or similar projects,” said Anderson, who has been involved with Demolicious since 2017. “Our customer base is contractors and builders, as well as families and individuals needing to de-clutter or clean out their homes and garages.”
Demolicious has a location on Central Avenue where people can bring their debris – just about anything but garbage qualifies. “Customers appreciate our availability, customer service and being conveniently located and open six days a week,” Anderson said. “Our customers also like that they can just drop off their debris or items without sorting, and we take care of the rest from there. We have a great drop-off facility where customers like being able to get in and out quickly.”
Anderson noted that Demolicious is currently experiencing growth in their business. “Growing is definitely something that I take great pride in accomplishing in the last year,” he said. “Making small improvements in sales [and] working together with our entire Demolicious team to help them succeed daily in their jobs is something that I work at each day, and I believe we are on the right track.”
“We are working on expanding our dumpster services,” Anderson said of future plans. “We also want to continue our advertising push so people know who we are and what we offer.”
