Brewery Creek Terrace to Host Community Open House for New Workforce Housing Development in Duluth

Heirloom Property Management will host a public Community Open House for Brewery Creek Terrace on Tuesday, May 26, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 627 E 4th St, in Duluth.

The event celebrates the transformation of a formerly vacant and fire-damaged property into 20 new workforce housing units in Duluth’s growing Craft District neighborhood. The development includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along with 17 off-street parking spaces for residents.

Community members attending the open house will have the opportunity to tour the property, meet the project team and view the redevelopment transformation firsthand through both in-person tours and before-and-after displays showcased throughout the event. Beverages and refreshments will be provided, and the event is open to the public.

“This project was about bringing a long-vacant building back to life and creating more quality housing opportunities in Duluth,” said Mike Schraepfer of Heirloom Property Management. “We are excited to officially open the doors and celebrate the work that went into transforming the property.”

Located near Duluth’s east hillside Brewery Creek Terrace adds new housing opportunities within walking distance of local businesses, trails, restaurants, and more. The project reflects continued investment and redevelopment happening throughout the neighborhood as demand for housing in Duluth continues to grow.
